Service terms
Fixed-price packages cover the preparation work inside the selected package scope, including personal processing, reasonable follow-up questions, and smaller adjustments inside that scope. Cases outside the fixed package scope require manual review before payment.
Customers remain responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information and for responding to follow-up requests. Missing documents may be submitted through the approved supplementary upload process.
Card, TWINT, and PostFinance Pay payments use the approved hosted payment provider flow. The browser callback never confirms payment by itself; the server confirms payment only after verified provider evidence or an approved server-side verification path.
The application guides intake and status follow-up. It must not provide autonomous tax advice or promise a tax outcome. Human review by Diversus remains part of the operating model.
Cancellation, refund, liability, complaint, and governing-law wording must be finalized by legal review before production launch.
